Grandkids

Angels do exist
But sometimes they do not have wings
But are disguised as grandkids .
They may be so tiny and young
But they will restore hope
To the young people
And help the old .
They are always open to the future .
They will spread love all over .
They always smile and include the excluded .
Everyone will be touched by a grandkid ..

You said you would be right back
And the door went shut
And I pounded the table hard and fast .
My life was shattered .
You said you would call me
But you never did
But you made me cry .
When I think about the past .
I wonder how you are feeling today .
I do not have that warm fuzzy feeling

But today I have an open heart
And it will open a new door .

He Did It

Jesus was born , lived , died
And He rises again for us .
He will forgive the sins
Of bitterness , hatred , envy
And selfishness
We do carry with us .
When He returns there will be
One final joyous reunion
For all of the people .
He has called to Himself .

I have  taken all kinds of pills .
The hardest pill I have swallowed
Was realizing I meant nothing
To some people that truly
Meant a lot to me .
When life turns me upside down  ,
I need to turn my life around .
God is never blind to my tears

He will lift me up
When I am suffering .

Special Needs Kids

Kids with special needs
Are kinder kids .
Someone may shoot one with words .
Someone may cut them with their eyes .
The kids will find their own smile .
The kids will always ask
Where are you going
Can I go with you please ?
To them the hardest thing in life
Is to live it .
Special needs kids young and old
Are all still like air
They will always rise up with a smile .
