When you are 70 plus
And you lose children
At any age or people your age and beyond .
And you will never get them back not really .
You no longer try to understand
Because time is not on your side .
You will always show feelings .
When you are happy
Give into it when you can .
You do not worry about the future
Because your future is today .
You do not feel guilty
About the past .
Your mistakes , well you learn from them .
At 70 plus you can still achieve things
Most people would laugh at you for even trying .
At 70 plus you are not alone .
You do not stop loving
Nor even stop believing or praying
Or even stop dreaming your dreams
But you might sat why did I wait
So long to even enjoy my life today .

No Other Person
A strong person is not someone
Who never cries .
A strong person is someone
Who lets the tears fall for a moment .
A strong person who gets little hugs
Can dry big tears .
Their little candles
Can light the darkness .
A strong person will always
Have little memories
That can last forever .
They know it is the little things
In their life that brings

When you get old
You do not let anyone
Tell you how to tie your shoes
For they have never walked in your shoes .
As you get old
You really just want to be surrounded
By only good people .
People that are good for you
And good for your soul..

My home is 572 SQ Feet
And I can hold only so much .
I have 2 windows
And I can not see to far or to good .
There are no blue ribbons .
I will never reach the top
Of where I want to go right now
But God is already there in my world .
God is not ready for me yet .
Yes I can go here or there
From where I am now .
I can pray at any time .
They say I live in the heart land
But I do not see it .
Time does not say a word
But I can not stay up to late no more .
The tv is always on to loud

I sleep with nothing on
Because I have no pjs for a reason .
I have nothing to hide no more .
I lock my door every night .
Some nights I sleep with the tv on

True practice is done when no one
Is watching you work out .

How many exercises
And years and roads I have done

My life has been like a shaky hour glass ,

For they have not even

Life does not always

It is a street light morning .
Mary will you pray to Jesus for me

Sometimes I am in a dark place

I do not see as many people
And children as I once did .
Now the children must be old .
