Always lead with the truth.
You never lose if you
Lead with your heart
Growing pains never stop
No matter how old you are.
Always put time in for family,
Friends and things you love to do.
The parents merely point out
the situation and trust their
children would make the best
Decision.
Sometimes it is better
to cry and to pray together.
Sometimes, it is better to be seen
And not heard as a parent.
As a parent, I would get the money
and take care of my kids.
Did I make the right decision today?

Christmas Wish

Me without you during  the holidays

Is like Santa without his rein deer

And Rudolph and the rein deer sleigh

Without beautiful toys for all of us .

 

Me without you during the holidays

Is like having missal - toe out in the snow !

Me without you during the holidays

Is like a fire place all decked out

With bright ornaments to honor

The Christ child and the warmth

Of the fire in the fire place is out .

 

Me without you during the holidays

Is like going to mass At 12 AM

Alone with old people

And no young people do I see  in the chapel

I only have memories of the past this holy morning

In this quiet chapel ,

The lights  never seem to shine bright ,

So that Rudolph may miss my house this  Christmas morning,

But will you be with me during the holidays

So we will have a silent night

Together where Christ love will be shares ?

Because it could become a habit .

They that sow in tears

Shall reap in joy .

Remember the love we share in our name .

You may lift someone's eyes above the arisen .

I pray each day

For a day in heaven

Here on earth .

Each day we have on earth

Is a day in which God offers us

The opportunity to know his life

For us and to share it .

Each day is a golden opportunity  .

I pray not to waste one day .

I  do what I can each day ,

But its more important to help  someone

Turkey Dumping Memories

Do you remember your Turkey dumping memories  ?

College kids bring their laundry

Home to mom to be cleaned during Thanksgiving .

College kids bring home to mom and dad

Their new friend and they know he /she is the one.

Everyone goes to grandma's house

For true turkey dumpings .

We all sit down to eat .

All the kids from 5 to 60 are dumped to eat turkey

At the kids table so they can watch parades and football games

On TV  even me .

Grandma , may dump his face in the plate .

All the kids will laugh .

Grandpa will then get up and get into his special chair

and rock and rock and the chair will squeak and squeak

And grandpa will go to sleep .

There is always someone who snores and is on the couch all along .

All the mothers are dumped with all the dirty dishes .

They get everything cleaned up

And then we all get up to go home until next year .

Except grandpa .

Take Time

Take time to be quiet

This holiday season

Or any time you can .

Get up early any morning

And go outside and look around

And be thankful for what you

Have in your life  that  morning .

Take time to be quiet

And step outside any night

And feel the air

Look around and look up

And look what  you have for free .

Be thankful that it was quiet

These few times .

You have to thank God

For these quiet times

And what he has given you

And how special it is to take time

To find  any quiet time .

When ever you find quiet time ,

Your Child

Talk to your child until you are hoarse .

Never keep score with your child .

You will never get sick of your child

Wanting hopes and dreams .

Not everything can be solved in a day

Or over night .

Make sure you lessen to them .

There is no price on love .

Remember , to the world you may be

Just one person ,

But to your child you might just be the world .

Always find time for them

And be there always for them

Even if you don't understand

At the beginning

Remember  a child is a beginning to an end .
