We're holding me today .

Let no one ever come to you  without leaving happier and a smile.

Take even bread 

With moderation ,

Lest an overloaded stomach 

Make you weary 

Of prayer.

Pray ,hope and do not 

Worry .

Worry is useless .

God is merciful

And will hear  your prayers .
