We are not here forever 

But for now

Let us talk

Let us think what we have 

Let us play as children 

Let us go for a quiet drive 

Let us go for a walk in the country 

Let us just watch tv together

It Is OK Every Day

It is OK Every day 

To laugh  to cry and think .

It is OK to call someone 

You do not Smiley .

It is OK to call someone beautiful .

It is OK to call someone you know 

That you care .

It is OK to call someone you know 

That you are worried 

About them and ask if they are OK .

It is OK to make someone laugh so hard 

Their gut will bust .

It is OK to hold someone’s hand 

When you walk with them down the street

To help them on their way .

It is OK to sit beside someone 

And not say a word .

It is always good to just be there. 

And look at them eye to eye 

To make a great day .

Remember you should laugh

The Right Way

No matter what kind of work we  do 

Like  washing dishes the right way

Like dancing in the kitchen 

With a child  , a friend , a loved one 

Like when you paint indoors or outside 

Or write 

Or draw 

Or to just have some fun 

Or to help someone smile 

Or just to play together 

Or to help you and I to learn something 

Everyday .

We all need music 

When you hear music 

You do not hurry or worry 

So let the music play on .

God I Need You

When you need company go for a walk

With God .

When you need someone to talk to 

Turn to God .

When you are alone take God’s hand 

And you again not alone .

When you need God the most

He is already there .

You should never back down 

Or give up 

And never lose faith. .

Remember God can do the impossible  .

Your life may not be perfect 

But you are blessed  .

We all know sometimes 

The best thing 

You can do for someone is pray 

For them and let God do for them

What you and I can not .

Always remember God uses people 

Who fail

Because there are not any other kind

Tightrope

Trust God to answer our prayers 

Can seem like walking on a tightrope  .

When our focus and allegiance 

Are divided between God and our world ,

Doubt will creep in and begin to wobble  .’

We must get stable again 

Before we are able to move forward .

When we start to wobble ,

We fix our eyes on our Savior ,

Who extends  His arm on the cross 

To help us reach the other side .

A successful tightrope walker relies 

On his training 

And does not dare let thoughts of doubt 

Or defeat take over his mind .

We must rely on God’s past faithfulness 

And dare not doubt that God 

Is at work in our lives 

To answer our prayers 

According to His Will .
