Wisdom

I pray for more wisdom every day .
I believe that prayer is in the will of God .
The more wisdom I have the better .
I know knowledge is valuable  ,
But wisdom is superior .
Knowledge can be abused 
And lead one to sinister pursuits ,
Wisdom will never lead me astray .

Life is Too Short

When you have lived more years 
Than you have got left ,
You start thinking differently about life ,
Anxiety happens when you think 
You have to figure out everything 
All at once , so who has anxiety ?
When you are and take getting old  ,
When you do not like someone 
And your teeth hurt
You can go tell that person 
To go and chew on bark 
And you go and take a nap 
And your tears are deep 
Even at your age 
And you feel so cold 
Because you are getting old .

God Forgive

Do not ignore the pain  .
Share the pain .
Do not lock it up inside  .
Forgive her for she does not know 
What she has done .
Give her love and joy always .
She will fix it some day .
Her heart will get too heavy to carry .
She does not owe me anything 
Only to be happy .
She will be hugged  by me 
In her sleep
So have sweet dreams .

God has not forgotten you .

I have seen your struggles .
Lean into your memories

I have helped you .

While I may be clueless
In letting God judge me
By human standards !
God only desires what is best for me .
I pray every day and it opens 
My heart to God's desire .
I always hope my prayers 
Reflect God's desire for me 
And my trust in God's limitless love .

People who do not pray 
Might easily stray
From what they believe .
When we pray 
We remain rooted in our beliefs .
Our mother said the rosary 
Thinking her kids would keep
Faithful to the Gospel of Jesus 
And her kids are faithful every day .

He does not steam nor shout 
But he always whispers .
He has not left you
And he never will .
He whispers from anywhere.
When you have pain of any kind 
He is there for you .
He ask you to have faith .
Faith is like a walk on stones 
In puddles but you will never be alone .
