My Age

My age has made a change in me .
When I see a rainbow
I see God is smiling .
At night as I sit outside
I can see Jesus' face
When I look up at the stars at night .
At my age I wonder
Are there tears in heaven ?
I pray more because I know
God does not ask me to understand
Or comprehend or figure everything out
Like I tried for many years .
Am I turning into someone
I once knew
Like my grandma , my dad , my mom ,
My aunts and uncles ?
I sure pray and hope so .
