Accountable

Secrecy is suicide  .

Satan wants me to think

That I can fight 

This battle on my own .

He uses shame and fear to keep me 

Isolated and alone .

I have my days .

I may think that I

am the only I struggling 

With trouble and pain

I know that is not true. .

Seeking help and revealing 

My battles

May be the most difficult thing

I will ever find .

Yes I found hope  

Praying to God .
