My Town

My town has its up town

It has its down town  .

Oh yes it has its downs .

It has its up’s too !

There is no stop light

On Main Street .

Because everyone knows everyone  ,

Everyone stops and talks on the street

And even on the clean side walks

In the morning , at high noon

Or after work or even under the moon

Light  .

People in my town like to talk

Because they care about everyone .

My home town is alive .
