To take the step in front of me .
I need to tune in to watch and listen
And to adapt to everything I see .
I need to learn to get quiet to listen .
I need to adapt to let the light
Dispel any darkness in me .
Let the light in my heart carry
The truth .
When I watch , listen and adapt
To everything ,I can everyday .
I will learn something good in it .
