I have suffered because I was different .
But I became a man of courage faith and forgiveness .
My witness is profound because
Of how much evil I have endured at the hands
Of some members of society
That denied the truth that every human
Being regardless of race or heritage
Is loved by God .
Remember , God opens His arms
To extend to every one .
May we do the same every day .
