Grandpa do you see me ?
When a grandchild needs attention
Grandpa will be there
And give you time .
Grandpa will put out his best effort
And help make the grandchild feel special .
Grandpa will shake off the dust
Of the child's feeling of rejection .
He will help the child with the child's uphill climb .
Grandpa will put his grandchild to sleep any time
His grandchild needs to sleep
And grandpa will look over his shoulder every time
To make sure the child is safe and protective .
Grandpa will always love his grandchildren .
When grandpa sees a need ,
Grandpa has a need to is show up
With love in his heart
And give all that he can to his grandchildren's needs .
