Tossing And Turning

I have been losing sleep

Tossing and turning on my bed 

At night ,

Trying to work out the issue 

And try to find a solution 

As to what I can do ?

You all know me .

I began fretting about not getting 

Enough rest to handle the challenges 

Of the next day .

As I am lying down 

And the Sun is not up ,

In peace I will lie down and sleep ,

I have resigned myself 

Into the hands of God .

In God I have perfect trust ,

That he will help me sleep

In His power and presence 

When my worries threaten me ,

Like my mother and father 

And grandma's arms 

I can lie down and sleep .
