And go to God's world ,

The Surge

Before every storm God has a surge .

With a storm you feel like your

Being pulled back and forth .

God will never bring you out

With every storm God has a surge of joy 

When you stay in faith .

You can weep during the storm that is OK ,

The storm will pass .

Keep moving forward and always pray 

Because God will always show up .

What Is Junk

When you buy brand new things 

Over time they accumulate over time ,

First you have to have this and that

And you put them just where you want it to be 

But as time goes by 

You move them here and then over there

Then you end up putting some of them out to the garage .

After a while those things become junk .

After some time you do not know what to do with the stuff 

You will end up talking about all the junk 

You put in the garage ,

But remember at the end of the day 

God does not make junk .

When you feel you have not done all that you could have done .

An Early Morning Run

I love to run early in the morning

When I can clear my head

And truly open my heart to what I hear and see .

This morning it is a quiet cool misty morning .

As I start out wide awake

The moon is about to go to bed .

The sky above is clear and red .

I feel free .

There are only the early birds singing and just me .

I will listen to the thoughts

That have been drilled into me so many years ago

But yet as I run this morning

My loved ones are always listening to me too .

I will always return to what my loved one told me .
