Can Do Power

I have can do power .

I have pressure on me

But I will find joy today .

I don't want to focus on things

That might happen .

I will focus on a blessing

Not the burden .

I know God trust me .

I know God has blessings for me .

God knows I can handle the burden

And the blessings that will come my  way .

The past is the past .

You should drop it ,let it go

For it is the past .

Don't dell on the past ,

Old hurts and the chip on your shoulder .

You can not do anything about yesterday .

Don't live in what was

But in what is  .

Don't be a prisoner of your past .

Don't beat yourself up .

Don't carry old baggage .

Remember , better is the end

Than the beginning .

You can never move forward 

While always looking 

What was in the past  .

You may not have many things ,

But you sure can let the past

Be the past .

You then will have more room 

For what is new !

Don't live in regrets .

Always use your energy to move forward .

When you drop the past ,

Don't pick it back up 

Because if you do it will drag you down again .

Sometimes I need to reach out for help .

I am over whelmed by the out pouring 

Of support of so many people .

My worries were calmed .

I felt only love .

I have asked God for help about every day .

I know God will send people to help me .

Reaching out for help

Is a two way street .

Just as we are often so willing to help ,

We can also open to receive  

From those willing to help us .

All we have to do is reach out one another .

Is only a stop on the way to heaven
