Joy is with in dad would you say
And always speak to yourself
Like singing and think
Of a melody in your heart everyday
.Life takes things out of you
So sing and keep your heart filled .
Keep a song in your heart
Or say a prayer and then
Sing of praise every morning
Before the sun comes up .
You can hear the birds sing
Before the sun and even in the rain .
Do all things without complaining
Like the birds .
When you complain you remain .
When you praise good things
Come your way .
You have hope and joy and God
When you sing
