Hope

Everything I have

Is in my future .

Today I will turn 

From what is lesser 

To what is greater .

I always reach for life .

If I don't get my hopes up ,

I don't have hope at all .

Jesus open my ears

To hear your voice .

Jesus set my heart on fire

So that I can be your witness today .

Jesus help me

To hear and receive your good news .

Your light shines in the darkness

And the darkness has not overcome it .

Jesus you are the giver of life and light .

With your words and light ,

I have hope .
