When we come across a false teaching
Or something that goes against
What God has for us in Christ ,
We need to stop it in its tracks
So it does not enter our hearts and minds .
It is to stay in God’s word ,
Which gives us all that we need for faith ,
By the truth of God’s word
And the gifts of the Sacraments ,
We can fight the good fight of faith .
By living in God’s word
and only His word
Our true faith is always true .
