I would go to grandma's house
To get out of the cold.
I would get more than 1 of grandma's
cookies.
I would not have to ask for a hug or a kiss
,
Because grandma knew me .
Grandma had all the answers
To all of my unknowns .
She would end about every talk
With me with take one day at a time
.
She always said she was good for the shape she was
in .
She always told me
To count my blessings .
She would say say the Lord's
prayer
And she would always be with me
