It is so hot
That the ice is just water .
It is so hot
That ant’s crawl
On the hot cement
in the cracks
And they still get so hot .
They hardly move at all !
It is so hot
In the river
Even the fish
Jump out of the water
And dive right back in !
It is so hot
That the stuff
I put on my body
so I don’t get sun burned
Is steaming off my arms
Face and legs ,
But I need to put it on
When I am out side,
Because it is so hot !
