I went for a run this morning
Around 7:15 .
I was running talking to the Lord
And my family up stairs
When just south of the local race track
Just south of the trees
8 cocks got up and flew away .
I told everyone to look down
And look what I just saw.
I have my eyes and memories
To see the 8 cocks fly high as a family .
I did not have one shell or even a gun .
I will be jacked up the rest of the day .
I thanked the Lord for this day
And that I am alive .
