Who Am I

When things don’t go my way

I don’t quit ,

Because there is always

Hope on the horizon .

I need to stand my ground .

I need room to sleep

And dream and be happy  .

There is always someone in my ear .

I sometimes feel the heat  .

There is and always will be

An eye ball test .

I will never take an eye ball test

Until I am called to come home .

If  you take the eye ball test today ,

You may miss something

That will count in the long run .

Oh , I may run by you  some day

And say hi .

That is who I am .
