Grandpa Is Old

I lived this long to get to 62 .

I don't count my years  no more

I will make the years count .

I will always project my thoughts  .

I will look to the future .

I will judge me all the  time

But  I will never judge my  grandson  .

I will be my grandson's special aspirin

When he needs me .

Grandpa is old that's true

But he has wisdom  .

Grandpa will make the years count

With smiles and laughter and joy

And happiness for his grandson .

Grandpa will count and help

Make his grandson's years

Count one by one .

They will be great years

For grandpa and his grandson .
