The Poet

He can write about anything .

He can wear a yellow jacket

While he writes nobody cares .

He can make anything possible  .

He can write about an Easter bunny

or a jack rabbit of South Dakota .

He can write about Santa or his grandma ,

Because they make him happy .

He can make a coyote wear red and white .

He can write about being a coach

And always being right .

He can be a master fisherman

And the greatest hunter of all times .

He can always be with family and friends

Or by himself when he goes for a run

Early in the morning .

He can make all things and all dreams

Possible .

He can make people smile , laugh and think ,

Because he only puts things on paper you see .
