God Is Here

God will you reach down 

To hold my right hand ,

To help me understand .

He is always close in time of need

Because I believe .

I need him to take the lead .

He is always with me through

The longest nights .

I know I'm in his gentle caring sight .

He speaks to me in a loving tone 

And shares the moments I'm alone

Even when I pray to him ..

Life would not be the same

Without his help through my pain .

God will you hold my right hand 

And help me understand ?
