The Patterns of our days are always changing ,
Rearranging and each design for living is unique graced
With it's own special beauty .
You can sleep in the hey
But you might wake up with an itch .
Taken separately the experience
Of life can work harm and not good .
Taken together they make a pattern
Of blessing and strength the like of which
The world does not know .
Your steps might be steady .
Keep to the course you set .
Always speak straight from the heart
And learn the pattern of your righteous ways .
Remember , you can see the stars in the river .
You can also see in the open fields
Patches of heaven and threads of paradise .
These things help make God's special quilt
To keep you warm always .
