A Sign

We all have asked for a sign 

From God on occasion .

We just ask for a little hint .

We pray to God for divine guidance  

So we make a good decision .

We justify our request for a sign

By qualifying a good choice as one 

That is in keeping with God's will .

We ask for a sign 

Because we seek some wisdom .

We ask because we have faith  

That keeps us on the path to follow 

God's will .

Remember our prayers and action

Do become signs to others 

Of God's presents in our world .

Remember also that God's love

Is like your mother's gravy 

It makes every thing and everyone awesome .
