Whispers

The whispering inside me

Keeps encouraging me 

To be attentive 

To the whispers 

Not to fear and worry 

When I am stressed 

As it happens more and more lately ,

I have been graced to remember 

The spiritual direction 

I can hear by being 

Silent and being still

And let God love me
