Avail yourself this day of the same strength
And blessings .
Our God and Savior are ever ready
To come to our aid .
The staff of His Word ,
The water of Baptism and confirmation
And the sustenance of His Table of Grace
Are in abundant supply .
Also the assurance of the forgiveness
Of your sins ,
Full and free .
As for traveling companions to afford us
Both accountability and assurance ,
Lean on your brothers and sisters in Christ .
They too need your companionship .
