Grandpa's Eraser

When you do something wrong 

And you do not know where to turn 

you can always come to grandpa .

Do not worry about how you are to speak 

Or what you are to say .

Just talk to me .

I listen to you .

Keep talking to me and keep your head up

And your eyes fixed on me 

Then I will talk to you

If you listen you will learn from your mistakes 

Your grandpa's eyes

Will be silent tongues of love .

The sweets of love are mixed with tears .

To love you is an education you see .

One thing that grandpa has to help you

Is an eraser .

After talking to grandpa 

Your day will be better .

Grandpa will always have his eraser 

To help you get over your hurt .
