Run Then Rest

After you run you need to rest .
The body needs time to rest
And rebuild after some exercise .
To rest means just as important
As working out .
Regular time to rest is as essential
To avoid burnout and discouragement .
Put yourself in a quit place
And get some rest .
With rest you gain wisdom and determination
So make rest a priority .
After work make sure you rest every day .
The coach knows !
