Be kinder than necessary .
Everyone you meet is fighting
Some kind of battle .
These days its not hard to find
Someone in need of comfort .
When someone's food of worries ,
Has washed away the person's hope .
We need to always pray for those in need .
We need to tell people
We know we care
But we also need to care
For those we do not know .
We need to treat them all with courtesy
And respect
Even if they are testy and tired .
We will listen with interest to each story .
It is always better to give than to receive .
Paying attention does pay off
For we are happiest when we give ourselves
To the less fortunate .
