Everyone knows how messed up everything
Can become in life .
Many of my challenges in my life often seem
To be larger than my abilities .
Many tangles develop that I am unable
Or understand ,
Often it seems that the more
I seek to unravel them ,
The more tangled they become .
The worst tangles of all
Are those that are inside me .
It is like a knot that I can not untie .
