When you are frightened ,
And you have a heavy burden
And everything seems wrong ,
Leave it all to God .
Take the time to stop
And squeeze your hands together
And squeeze tight and count to five
And then let go and then breath
And you will feel better
Because God has it all in the palm
Of his hands .
You will be blessed
When you believe in Him .
