Mom And Grandma Hands

The hand that rocks the cradle 

Is the hand that rules the world .

A child's dream is tomorrow's reality .

Our world is in a child's hands 

But they are in mom and grandma's 

Hands first of all .

Mom and grandma they have extreme 

Patience and gentle understanding

And never ending love .

Their love is exhilarating and exhausting .

Their love for the child is so beautiful 

And yet so special and rewarding 

That it can not easily be described in words .

Mom and grandma have the opportunity 

To guide this new life toward it's destiny 

Can only be seen as a precious gift from God .

It all started with a hand that rocked the cradle .

Thank God for mom and grandmas 

For taking turns with the new child .
