Grandpa's love is old love .

A grandchild's love is new love .

They have love to give 

And love to share  .

Wants to say and show

To his grandchild 

Is love and be helpful 

And to show encouragement  .

Grandpa's kindly advice 

Is always better than a great deal

Of scolding .

Grandpa's words are like honey 

Sweet to the soul and healthy 

For the both of them .

Grandpa will try to understand 

What his grandchild is trying to say .

Their love will bind them together
