Sunday , the Sabbath is the day
God gave us to step back .
It is the time to look at
The past week
And acknowledge how we
Have insisted on our own way
In the game of life .
We receive spiritual food and drink
To strengthen us for the upcoming week
Most important we should fix our eyes
Firmly on Jesus
Who knows best to endure in the eyes
Of adversity .
