Your love is still our guide
You guys will always be
By our side all the time
Not just during hunting season
Our family chain and our family hunts
And hearts are broken
And nothing will seem the same
But as God calls us home one by one
The chain will link again
And then we will have the greatest
Family hunt and none of us
Will miss that hunt
And no one will miss a shot
and God will say it is ok
To lie just one more time
One of you can then go way ahead of us
and see the pheasants that the rest of us
Can not see
One of you can then shut from inside a van
