Come to Him and rest in his loving presence .
You know this day will bring difficulties
And you try to think your way through your trials .
As you anticipate what is ahead of you
In your mind you will be rehearsing
Your troubles and results in experiencing
Them over and over again
But you are meant to go through them only
When they actually occur .
Do not multiply your suffering .
You should come to Him and relax
In His peace and He will strengthen you
And He is always with you .
