Your strength and shield is around me always .
You plan out each day and have it ready for me
Long before I arise from bed .
You provide the strength I need for each step
I make each day .
I should not assess my energy level
And wonder about what is on the road ahead .
I should concentrate on staying in touch with You .
God's power flows freely into me
Through our open communication .
I refuse to waste energy , worrying
And I will have strength to spare .
This is not easy said and done .
Lord pray for me .
