Trust in the Lord
With all your heart ,
And do not rely
On your own insight .
This is not a command
To be mindless
But an invitation to rest
Your mind .
God has also given us
A body that needs
Rest and refreshment .
Jesus offers a quiet place
To rest and pray
And be in God's presence .
We are free to do the same
This weekend .
