The sun was not all the way up .
When I was running south ,
My shadow was on my left
Right beside me .
When I saw my shadow ,
I knew why I ran .
When I turned north ,
And looked for my shadow
It was behind me ,
But still on my left .
I was ahead of my shadow for now
I turned west .
My shadow was ahead of me .
I did not like that at all .
I turned north after a while
And my shadow was behind me
All the way home .
The sun has to be up
And seen up above in the big blue sky
For the shadow to be with me .
I do know that when ever I run
Morning , noon or night
My angel is always with me .
When I run I feel free with my angel .
