Getting Old

It gets colder

When you get older .

When you are getting older 

You should never lose

An opportunity of seeing 

Anything that is beautiful 

For beauty is God's hand writing .

A wayside sacrament 

Welcome it in with every smiley face 

In every beautiful sky 

And thank God for it has a cup 

Of His blessings for us today .

Getting older you enjoy 

The quiet noise of the night .

When you are getting older

And when you have accomplished 

Your daily task ,

You can go to sleep in peace 

And remember God is wake 

When you get older and pray 

You end up turning your prayers

To God into praise and thank you God .
