I ride my bike .
It gives me drive
To feel and do good things .
I ride my bike almost every where .
I need to be mindful
Of what is behind me ,
To much glancing backward
Slows me down
And can be dangerous .
The journey on a bike and life
Requires me to keep moving forward .
Dwelling to long on past disappointment ,
Regrets and mistakes can impede
God's purpose for my life .
It is not easy .
It takes physical , mental and spiritual energy
To let go and look to the future
With God on my side always .
