Extravagant Overflowing Love

God's love for us is not conditional 

And it knows no bounds .

When we return to the fold ,

When we come with our tail

Between our legs 

Like a lost sheep ,

When we are contrite 

And we walk in God's truth 

And allow ourselves to be taught ,

Remember , God rejoices 

And embrace in a hug .

Our imperfection and our past sins 

Do not stand in the ways of this all .

With encompassing parental love ,

They do not even come up

Because of God's love for us .
