I hear the merry sounds of joy
And see a dream in my grandchild's eyes .
Oh Smiley has a smile of happiness on his face .
He does not know anything about special memories .
We will play games
Maybe a game of 31
But I will not let him win
But grandpa will have the memories .
We will sing sweet Christmas carols
Together in grandpa's chair .
My biggest Christmas wish
This year is to have happy memories
With my grandchild
Better know as the Big Guy
Or Smiley to me .
