I have become an expert in hiding
My emotions .
Eventually , I acknowledged that I
Was unable to handle things
Alone and allowed God to carry
My burdens .
God loves each of us
As we read the Bible
And devote time to praying .
We can sense God's presence with us .
He will give us strength and rest .
