As I sit outside and talk to God .
I ask God please help me .
How will I move forward
And not backward ?
I need your support and guidance .
I need your comfort .
I need your counsel
And I hope you provide for me ?
I feel paralyzed with fear and grief today .
Sometimes I face challenges
Beyond my control .
When I call on You ,
For help in a time of distress
I know You will hear me
So I will keep praying .
