One Day

I will never forget one beautiful spring day

When I was sitting out back .

Suddenly I could feel God all around me .

I could feel uncle Tiny .

In the warmth of the sunshine ,

In the gentle breeze ,

And through the singing of the birds .

When I heard them 

I could hear God 

and uncle Jimmy singing to me .

I could hear saying ,

Give up all your fears , tears and anxieties 

And just trust me .

Oh what a day .
