Are You Preaching

My mother was a C.C. teacher of mine 

When I was young ?

She suggested we think of ourselves

As a mirror reflecting Christ's love to others 

Through our action .

It is not in my nature

These days at my age to tell someone about Christ 

In any confrontational matter .

Instead I find comfort in knowing 

That others can see God's love 

If I give Christ the credit 

For the love I express 

Like face to face .

Sharing love is a way of preaching 

The gospel .

Everyone of us has the calling 

To share God's love with others .

This work is our ultimate purpose 

In life .

Remember , sharing with others 

Is serving others .
